Public spaces provide the stage on which implicit narratives are addressed within transitory everyday moments. These spaces are also the subject matter for visual puns as illustrated by All I Want Is To Feel This Way from the series, Corporate Dystopia. Each piece in this series is an attempt to capture muzak playing within public spaces by pairing a photograph of a public space with a caption that corresponds to the lyrics of muzak playing at the instant the image was captured. Each piece represents an ironic, chance, and individualized moment within a manufactured experience.
